Langues : Français (fre) Catégories : Spécialité:Mécanique des fluides
Spécialité:PhysiqueMots-clés : DENSITES DE PROBABILITE MESURE DE GRADIENTS SCALAIRE PASSIF TURBULENCE Résumé : LES RESULTATS PRESENTES ICI CONCERNENT LA MESURE DES TROIS TERMES DU TAUX DE DISSIPATION DES FLUCTUATIONS DE TEMPERATURE. ILS PORTENT PRINCIPALEMENT SUR LES DONNEES OBTENUES DANS UNE COUCHE LIMITE SUR PLAQUE PLANE FAIBLEMENT CHAUFFEE ET DANS UN JET ROND FAIBLEMENT CHAUFFE. LA LIAISON ENTRE LES FLUCTUATIONS DE TEMPERATURE ET CELLES DE SON TAUX DE DISSIPATION A ETE ETUDIEE A TRAVERS UNE ANALYSE SPECTRALE ET PROBABILISTE. L'HYPOTHESE D'INDEPENDANCE STATISTIQUE ENTRE LA TEMPERATURE ET SA DISSIPATION EST VERIFIEE UNIQUEMENT DANS LES REGIONS OU LES FLUCTUATIONS DE TEMPERATURE SONT A PEU PRES SYMETRIQUES. LE COEFFICIENT DE CORRELATION A LE MEME SIGNE QUE LE FACTEUR DE DISSYMETRIE DE TEMPERATURE ET LA LIAISON A LIEU AUX BASSES FRQUENCES CORRESPONDANT A LA MACROECHELLE DE L'ECOULEMENT. AUX POSITIONS OU LE COEFFICIENT DE CORRELATION EST VOISIN DE ZERO, L'INDEPENDANCE RESULTE EN FAIT D'UNE CONTRIBUTION POSITIVE CONTREBALANCEE PAR UNE CONTRIBUTION NEGATIVE RELATANT LA SYMETRIE DU SIGNAL DE TEMPERATURE; AUX AUTRES POSITIONS, LA CORRELATION EST DUE AUX FLUCTUATIONS DE FAIBLES AMPLITUDES TANT POUR LA TEMPERATURE QUE POUR SA DISSIPATION

Results are in good agreement with experiments and with direct numerical simulations in the same flow at two Reynolds numbers. In particular, the near-wall trend of the Reynolds shear stress and its variation with Reynolds number are similar to those of the simulations. The eddy viscosity method is more accurate than previous mixing length or implicit function methods.
